Dumpster Rental Agreement Builder
For the people who own the trucks. Put your company details, rates and terms in and get a rental agreement written around your actual business — your tonnage, your overage rate, your cancellation window, your prohibited list. Free, nothing to sign up for, and nothing leaves your browser.
Read this before you use it
This is a starting template, not legal advice, and we are not your lawyers. Consumer rental contracts are governed by state law and the rules differ: cancellation rights, what has to be disclosed and how, limits on what a liability waiver can do, and whether an arbitration clause is enforceable all vary by where you operate. Have an attorney licensed in your state read this before you put it in front of a customer. An hour of a lawyer’s time is cheaper than one unenforceable clause.
Still a template. Have a lawyer in your state read it before a customer signs it.
What this covers, and what it does not
It covers the arguments you actually have
Overage nobody warned the customer about, a driveway with two cracks in it that were there before, a container that could not be collected because a car was parked across it, and a cancellation an hour before the truck rolls. Those four are most of the disputes in this business.
It does not cover your state’s consumer rules
Several states require particular language, a cooling-off period, or specific type size on a consumer contract, and some limit what a liability waiver can do at all. A template written for everywhere is written for nowhere in particular — that part is your lawyer’s job.
Nothing is sent anywhere
The form runs in your browser. We do not receive your rates, your terms or your customer list, and there is no account to create.
Your prohibited list is not ours
What you can and cannot take is set by the gate you tip at. Check your own facility’s rules and your state’s disposal bans before you publish a list to customers.
